to respect and protect our artist's time, if you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a "no-show" appointment or an appointment being canceled within 24 hours, our booking system is configured to charge 100% of the services that were scheduled automatically.
