Our software requires a credit card to be on file for any and all booked appointments.
Since 2020 our cancellation policy has remained the same. We understand unforeseen circumstances come up, but to respect and protect our artist's time, if you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a "no-show" appointment or an appointment being canceled within 24 hours, our booking system is configured to automatically charge 100% of the services that were scheduled.
