Hi I'm Jessica Rondinelli co-owner of Anagen 11. I started my journey and career 15 years ago and since then I've continued to cultivate and grow not only my craft but myself personally and professionally.
I consider myself an all-encompassing stylist and pride myself on creating diverse looks. I believe that hair cutting and hair coloring work synergistically together to beautifully complement each other. Over the 15 years I have worked behind the chair I have been able to sharpen my skills in so many aspects of this industry. I am a master haircutter and colorist; focusing not only on what is currently trending, but what is needed to be specifically designed for you. From structured classic designs to creative and corrective color; I truly enjoy it all.
As Director of education in salon and co-creator of our apprenticeship and onboarding programs education and sharing brings me the utmost joy`: elevating and growing not only our in salon artist team, but myself as well. I believe that a foundational fundamental and principle based beginning is the key to a well-rounded stylist. This has fueled me to continue my own growth and by becoming a member of the L’ANZA Pro Team Artist. Traveling nationally and internationally facilitating seminars writing classes and curriculums and presenting on stage; This has not only catapulted my skills and knowledge of all things color and haircutting, but amplified my love of facilitating, sharing and educating.
To add to my diverse range of skills I am also an extension artist. I am a certified extension artist with Invisible Bead Extensions, Specializing in the invisible beaded row method, hair and scalp health are at the forefront of each consultation. There truly are endless options to be able to achieve the look you desire.
Additionally, I am fascinated with the human condition, a lover of life, experiences and my excited heart welcomes each and every kind of human who walks through our doors and sits in my chair. I believe that every great service begins with an even better consultation. In collaboration with you I hope to be able to create something that is uniquely yours! I know that when I walk into this space I feel inspiration, warmth and love. I hope that you will as well when you walk through these doors; whether you've been with me for years and supported me or you are going to be someone new to my chair and my journey I'm grateful for you and I'm grateful for your trust.
