All we can say is WOW, 2018 was a year to remember. We are honored and humbled to be featured in Salon Today Magazine’s: Salon Today 200 for the third year in a row. 1 OF 3 AWARD WINNERS IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN

You might be thinking, what qualities does a ST200 Honoree exemplify? Owner Christopher Hartl summed up what being part of the ST200 Class of 2019 means perfectly.

we take education seriously. so seriously that we dedicated 122 hours to our team in 2018.

This 122 hours was organized to provide the best possible education for our team based on the top hair trends from 2018.

Some of our key education players in bringing the best possible experience to our clients were: balayage techniques, extension application, the Anagen cutting system (A system that covers 22 haircuts), the Anagen Color System (A system that incorporates classic to on trend hair-color techniques that not only deliver beauty, but are focused to the integrity of your hair, continued education on color formulation + application methods.), product knowledge, and body waving {the updated perm}.

WE CREATED OUR CUTTING AND COLOR SYSTEMS TO HELP OUR TEAM SPEAK A UNIFORM LANGUAGE AS WELL AS CREATE A FOUNDATIONAL UNDERSTANDING FOR TECHNIQUES AND TRENDS. WE WANTED TO CREATE NOT ONLY KNOW HOW ARTISTS, BUT ALSO ARTISTS WHO KNOW WHY.

In addition to being committed to the technical education of our team, Anagen 11 focused even more on the teams personal energy, using Wonder 2018 as the springboard.

In 2018 our team, lead by artist Jenna Rae & Christopher, felt a strong pull to open our doors to the community. Our focus was to take an energy exercise and self check-in tool that the ownership team has been utilizing with the team for the last 3 years to create an event for our community. As a brand Anagen 11 strives to focus on our team’s energy not only behind the chair, but in their personal lives as well.

In seeing so much growth both personally and professionally in our team, we knew we needed to bring this to our community. Insert WONDER: 2018.
